Bamba is a striking dark gelding.   A big mover, Bamba is currently beginning his training here at Alpine.  He is doing basic handing and lunging and will be under saddle spring 2021.  Bamba has an aloof but kind attitude.  He shows willingness to learn and is rewarding to work with.

Bamba was bred here at Alpine with intent to be a future star horse.  His mother, Quenza Du Soutrait was imported from France and was my Grand Prix horse for two years.  Quenza came out of a top breeding farm in France.  Her sire Le Tot de Semilly is  a proven producer and is the sire to Diamond de Semilly.  Bambas sire, Carthago Sun I is a favorite Canadian Warmblood stallion forAndrea because she rode him for many years as well as countless of his offspring.  He is sired by legendary Carthago Z.  Carthago Sun I produces strong brave jumpers with great ride ability.  He has many offspring that have made it to the Grand Prix ring.  I anticipate Cochabamba to follow in the footsteps and be a tremendous horse for the serious rider.

Cochabamba is a young willing horse that will continue development here at Alpine.  He can suit someone seeking a quality horse to have as a their own future star.  Alpine is always willing to help support the development of our young prospects and make a smooth transition for both horse and rider.
